The UCSF Mission Hall office building houses UCSF’s chancellor and doctors working at the hospital across the street. As structural engineer, R+C accommodated the need for flexible open space, balancing it with seismic and nonstructural requirements that meet high standards and working closely with the team including subcontractors to meet an aggressive two-year schedule.
