The new 30,000 sf state-of-the-art public library facility in the heart of Pleasant Hill serves as a hub for education, community engagement, and cultural enrichment, providing a welcoming and innovative space for individuals of all ages to explore, learn, and connect. The open floor plan includes flexible program spaces with column-free open space in the main hall. The building is targeting net zero carbon. R+C was structural engineer for the project.
