Building Systems Engineering

R+C’s Building Systems Group (BSG) focuses on engineering for interiors of new and existing facilities, and anchorage and bracing for MEP distribution systems, equipment and furniture.

R+C’s BSG maintains constant involvement during the construction phase of our projects. Our clients appreciate our team’s thorough knowledge of the OSHPD process and regulations and our extensive experience with nonstructural design.
Our work covers the following:

• More than 30 years of experience providing nonstructural engineering and seismic anchorage/bracing
• Nonstructural seismic deficiency surveys and corrections at more than 100 hospitals, and also at airports, offices and industrial facilities
• Development of international standards for nonstructural guidelines for U.S. Department of State and Republic of Turkey
