Hoai joined Rutherford + Chekene in 1980 and managed the firm's CAD Department starting 1987. Since 2000 he has managed maintaining essential IT infrastructure, and computer systems, ensures security of data, network access and backup systems, trains employees to use software and hardware, and troubleshoots issues and provides technical support.
