The project redeveloped the existing Lincoln Centre Campus into 595,000 sf of new biomedical and life sciences research space. The center includes a 480,000 sf of lab/office space, a 40,000 sf amenities building, conference space, and three above-grade parking structures. R+C provided structural engineering services.

R+C was also the structural engineer for tenant improvement projects at three buildings on the Lincoln Centre campus for Illumina, Inc. Two of the buildings house laboratory, office, and manufacturing functions. The third, an amenity building, will house a fitness center, conference center, and food service facility. Each of the buildings included the addition on an interior connecting grand stair between floors. The total square footage for the build-out is approximately 240,000 sf.
