R+C was structural engineer for the 255,000 sf building, a seven-story tower consisting of two office wings surrounding a full-height atrium. R+C delivered deep foundation and structural steel for permitting and fabrication at the end of the Design Development phase to allow construction schedule to be advanced. R+C and the steel fabricator used the Tekla in-model review process to deliver structural steel three weeks ahead of schedule. The building is designed for flexibility, to optimize use of space, to create a collaborative work environment, and to embody sustainability. The building includes conference space and a cafeteria on the first level.
