The new 240,000 sf eBay campus includes two new buildings to replace the company's nearby former campus. The 180,000 sf office building and the 60,000 sf amenities building are organized around a central courtyard. Surface parking provides for 2,200 cars. The main office building is three stories, promoting interaction of employees within one area, and the amenities building includes a cafe, fitness center, and 400-seat auditorium. The campus is LEED Gold certified. Rutherford + Chekene was the structural engineer for the campus.
