Delivered through a design-build process on an aggressive schedule, the 82,000 sf state-of-the-art facility is composed of two buildings. Facilities include interactive learning classrooms; extracurricular space; a centralized center for admissions, student programs, and career services; offices; a conference space; and an outdoor courtyard. The building is certified LEED Platinum and is 30 percent more energy efficient than a traditional office building. R+C provided structural engineering services.
