
Kwasi joined R+C in 2023 after earning a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from UC Berkeley. He has been actively involved in professional and community organizations, including the Structural Engineers Association of Northern California (SEAONC), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and Engineers Without Borders–KNUST Chapter. In recognition of his commitment to the profession, Kwasi was elected to serve as a Director on the SEAONC Board of Directors for the 2026–2027 term.
His project experience includes the new Sutter Oakland Cancer Center and seismic evaluations of multiple existing buildings at Stanford University's Hopkins Marine Station. Kwasi earned his California Civil Engineer license in 2025 and is dedicated to advancing resilient, innovative structural solutions through both his project work and professional leadership.
