Berkeley, CA
The Biological and Environmental Program Integration Center (BioEPIC) at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory is a 73,600 sf advanced scientific research facility. The project is located on the former site of the Bevatron, one of the world’s leading particle accelerators in operation from 1954-1993. As such, the project involves working with existing site conditions including underground tunnels and partial foundations.
