Carlos Villegas-Rangel is a licensed Civil Engineer at Rutherford + Chekene who began with the firm as an intern in 2020 and now serves in a full-time role as Project Manager. He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from Stanford University and a civil engineering degree from Universidad de Los Andes. Carlos brings experience across a range of higher education, civic, healthcare, and institutional projects, along with a strong interest in BIM collaboration and advancing design workflows through emerging technology.
